Teaching approach:	The first approach I use with new students is to get them to take a placement test which integrates the four skills of any language (listening,sp eaking,reading , and writing) The outcome gives me an insight of their real level. The next step is to know the student's goals and objectives.It 's not the same to teach a school student as an executive or even a top management senior student for that matter. The last but not the least important element of this equation is to see what method fits best since every student has a different way to learn and absorbe information.

Teaching approach:	My main experience is in teaching English as a Foreign Language to teen agers, although I have also taught other age groups. I have developed a style of teaching to keep the student's attention. For example if we are doing some necessary grammar lessons which can be difficult and boring, I always follow this with some group activity that involves conversation, or even a game which the students find enjoyable. At the same time, I try to get them to practice what they have just learnt!

Teaching approach:	There will be many fun activities and dinamics to memorize vocabulary if beginer. Adv anced ones will develope in outside real world enviroments sometime. Th e methodology used is good for both, adults and children, even it was developed for kids first. Mnemo tecnia is used a lot, using the internet as well to provide the student pictures and images that make him/her have a better memory.
