I encourage all the students to actively participate in class discussions and express their view on diverse issues so that students overcome the hesitation of expressing themselves openly.
Duri ng teaching in the class I make the students read the text loudly so as to improve their Reading, and also I specially focus on Pronunciation as I feel Pronunciation is one of the fields which need greater importance during Teaching of Languages.
