I get students to write spontaneously after which we discuss the essay and in time the student not only improves on his writing but is able to increase his use of vocabulary. My greatest focus is teaching real life scenarios. Everyone should be able to ask for help if they need to, fill out basic forms, or buy themselves food. I have a fond interest in human languages and people's methods of understanding them. In a beginner class, I incorporate games, use larger than life mannerisms, use repetition of words and commonly used phrases to create an interactive and effective learning environment.
