I use fully individual task-based approch. It means that I listen to the student attentively, reveal repeated mistakes. Then I ask the student about his or wr intentions in learning the language and adjust all the information to the forming of approach. I do not work in accordance to only one student's book. I find it very rewarding to help people of all ages achieve their goals, but also to allow them to enjoy the very process of learning the language. Enjoyment is surely one of the key elements of success and focus, and so I think a fun and interesting approach to learning is vital, in any field.
