Teaching approach:	I check how the student expresses him/herself - for fluency and grammar. I occasionally use a mini recorder to play back to the student - only if he/she wants. I don't correct all conversation mistakes to begin with - only the important ones then have the student write them down with explanations. I check the grammar, spelling and sentence formation - correcting when necessary. I give homework if required.
