I use the so called "natural approch", as here the meaning is in the centre of language learning -not the grammar rules,because teaching of grammar rules and giving definitions of new vocabulary do not generate interest in students.
I also prefer "Task-based learning" TBL which gives students opportunities for trying out language. I teach MPFA and use CCQs.
I always make a lesson plan which helps me visualize my goals.
I use different techniques like: pair work, group work, mingling, visual aids, board work ect. which help students to understand the target language and the course of whole lesson better. |

My teaching approach is very organic and natural. Obtaining fluency in any language needs to be done through multiple levels. The student needs to HEAR the language to become accustomed to the sounds. Students need to FEEL the language by speaking and repeating what they hear. We will use modern media such as TV and the Internet to stream videos so the student can VISUAL see the language. Finally, I will work with the student and explain WHY a word or phrase is said.
You will learn English not only in the classroom but in real world situations. |
