During the course of the program, different techniques will be employed to enable student have a better grasp of the English language.
We will make use of teleconferenc ing, chats, phone calls.
We will also engage in role play and discuss the vocabulary used in different scenarios such as grocery shopping, a job interview, a social gathering and so much more!
Part icipants will be evaluated on their performance using fun learning tools such as kahoots, mentimeter and Socrative.
Assignments and take back activities will include things such as making subtitles of certain excerpts of famous movies and shows like friends; matching the translation of a word to it's English counter part; reading comprehension s, and grammar correction.

My teaching method is unique because i understand that learners are different so are their problem areas. Thus, i try as much as possible to attend to the individual needs of the learner by giving regular drills and assessing areas of difficulty for the various learners. Also, i design colourful flash cards that are not just catchy but informative for the learner. Lastly, i work with simulated portuguese audios and videos that are produced by native portuguese speakers for teaching portuguese as a foreign language. On a final note, I am a holder of the prestigious CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY IN PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE which is the only certificate of proficiency recognized by the Brazilian government.
