My approach grows out of three interlinking strands: my personal experience with learning and learners; study of the experiences of others; and experimentati on.
General ly, my aim in teaching is to create a situation where students become enthusiastic about understanding the language matter themselves and consequently deeply integrate new content and frames of meaning into their way of thinking. To attempt to achieve this I use a variety of methods such as speaking in pairs, small groups, role plays and debates. Moreover, we shall have tests and homeworks whenever necessary, I shall be available for questions too. Above all, you can book for special sessions outside our normal session if, say, you have a pressing issue or need help to maybe prepare for something like an interview. |
