Tamil language lessson -3The students should understand that learning a new language is a lifetime challenge.Some students have unreasonable doubts about how long it will take them to become fluent speakers in their new language. To succeed at learning a new language you should first learn the letter writings.You should always have a Dictionary with you and a tutor or teacher to help you understand/explain the meaning of the new language that you are learning. . Readings news papers and listning to Radio News will help you to gather new words and register them into your mind. Writing habit will help you to train your brain to express what you have already learned by your reading and hearing habits. The teaching system adopted in the Tamil language classes particularly in India and Sri Lanka at the Kintergarten level is linked to disciplinary education.
When a child is taught the first word of A-- aanaa- They are taught - that Annayum Pithaavum Munnary Theivam - the meaning is Mother and Father are the first known God to a child. The second word of Aa.. aavanna -Ther are taught - Aaruvathu Sinam - the meaning is Control your Anger.
Likewise every alphabetical letters are taught with a disciplinary version thereof. So that a child who learns the Tamil Language learns the discipline along with the language education. That is the beauty of the tamil language .
