I am learning Croatian because I like to learn languages and because we are going on holiday there this spring. I want to stay an additional week in Zagreb and learn more. I live in Switzerland, but want the lessons to be in Zageb.
I am a beginner, have studied with a book and CD, now I have a penpal and learn every day :)
I am interested in all fields, especially conversation, vocabulary and the necessary grammar.
I would like to have an intensive course during one week in May, two or three lessons each day.
I would like to have a teacher that speaks Croatian as much as possible during the classes, focuses on progress and enjoys accompaning me in my strive to learn.

I shall be in the Brac area for around 10 days from 30th March. I have been learning Croatian from books for a year, so am still a beginner, but highly motivated. I used to be a language teacher so I can learn the grammar etc. myself. What I need is someone with whom I can practice very basic Croatian, picture descriptions, street scenes etc.
I can orient my trip to wherever the teacher is and when she/he has time. I could take 2 - 4 lessons each day.

I have been coming to Croatia every summer for the last seven years and I'm finally ready to spend the winter here so that I can learn the language. I know only a few words as staining Fraser for only a week or two at a time is not enough to really pick up much of the language. Ideally, I would like to have lessons for at least four hours per day five days a week for at least 10 weeks. My budget is 3,000 US for private lessons.

I'm married to a Croatia woman, but we speak mostly German in the family, do to my mother in law is German. Therefore my lack of the Croatian language.
