I have taken 5 semesters of Italian. I have also studied for 4 months in Italy. I am graduating from college in 1 month and I am looking to move to Italy, for graduate school. I understand almost all Italian, but I find that I am shy when it comes to speaking. I get frustrated. I want to be able to respond quicker. I feel that my 5 semesters of Italian in college have prepared me to read and write, but not to speak. I am looking for a tutor that I can meet with once a week or so, to just go over my conversation skills as well as help me to be comfortable with grammar. I want to be able to speak without having to conjugate verbs in my head. I am willing to study on my own time. I am looking for a tutor that will help me to be more confident in my speaking skills

I am looking for a Russian language teacher for my daughter. She is 6 1/2. She understands 50% of Russian. I want her to learn to read, write and speak in Russian. She needs to learn more vocabulary and gain confidence speaking.
I would like a tutor a couple of times a week for an hour minimum, or this position could develop into after school care for my daughter from 3:00 to 5:00 up to three times a week. I would love for her to be surrounded by the Russian language.

I am a beginner in my desire to learn Hindi and Bengali as I do not have any prior learning of these languages. I am a mature woman who works as a therapist in a Bronx Hospital. I am beginning to have a number of Hindi/Bengali speaking patients seeking services for therapy and I am unable to speak to them so it is for career advancement and the need to be able to communicate with them. I, also, have a personal desire to learn these languages. I would like to start out with one to two hour lessions per week and progress from there. I need my teacher to be patient with me and to understand that I am a beginner trying to learn a language that is foreign in tone and sound to me but my desire is great and I desire to obtain a degree of fluency.

my husbadn is in the Navy and we are being set to Yokosuka in February/ march of next year. we are very interested in learning the language so that we are not stuck on base with everyone else:)
