I am looking to learn Chinese reading, writing and speaking and want to do so in the shortest time period possible. I am willing to travel to Chicago, New York, DC or possibly another area to study Chinese on weekends and would prefer a 1 or 2 times a month schedule.
I have basic understanding of Chinese characters and a little knowledge of Cantonese, but I really need to start from the very basics and want a structured study schedule so that I can pass Chinese language tests.
