I am a beginner at the Russian language, I know only a few words here and there, but no enought to get me by in a clnversation. i want to learn this language to be able to converse with people for when i visit Lithuania. I know some people over there and am very serious about learning and perhaps staying for a while, so I would like to learn the culture aspect as well as the language.
I would like to deticate time daily, just as a regular school class, to be submersed into it, otherwise what's the point if you make it a regular thing.
as far as qualities..i have no idea, maybe someone who is native russia or there abouts and believes in helping students for their passions, not for their money.

I am involved in the apparel retailing business. I would like to learn to speak Spanish pretty well to better communicate with my vendors. I would like to learn to at least understand and speak a little Cantonese or Mandarin to better communicate with my vendors. I think that all 3 languages would benefit me in my career. I took French in high school & college and picked it up pretty easily and I think that a transition to Spanish would not be terribly difficult. I DO think that learning either Cantonese or Mandarin will be VERY DIFFICULT but I am not looking for fluency just conversationa l.
