I am a beginner in Japanese. The reason I am learning is for career advancement and to gain a better understanding of cultures other than my own. I would like to learn more than business conversation skills. I would also like to become fluent in reading and writing. I have tried to use online tutorials and tapes to assist in learning, but have found such tutorials were not comprehensive enough. Because of work, its very difficult for me to attend a university class.
I am hoping to find a tutor that can provide me guidance in the best ways to learn not only conversation, but reading and writing skills as well. I am available most evenings, so if lessons are text or email-based, I can work on them almost any evening. I am dedicated in my efforts to become multilingual, will spend whatever time necessary for study. Thank you.
