Hello - I am a beginner and would like to learn Croatian. My boyfriend is Bosnian/Croat ian and we are going to both countries this summer. His parents do not speak English so I would like to learn enough Croatian to get by while I am there. Merhaba!
I am interested in beginning study because I have become to love this language by a dear man in Turkey :) and I want to learn for him, to be able to speak to him and understand him. I would like to be able to understand the language spoken...to 'hear' it and understand. I would like to immerse in the language/stud y if possible. I would like to become proficient enough to teach some to my children as well, eventually. Qualities? hmm, patience would be ideal, kindly and funny and doesnt mind a lot of questions and feedback.
