I've been studying Korean independently for about a year now. I've been just learning randomly as I go, common phrases, greetings, a few verbs, sentence structure, alphabet, etc. I'm studying Korean with the hopes to one day be certified to teach it, or possibly teach English to students in Korea, although if I don't make it that far it's ok because I plan to teach French regarless :)I need overall improvement and structured lessons. I'd prefer to meet twice a week, with a lot of homework in between. I'm looking for a native Korean, preferably female, who is friendly, patient, and challenges me to learn quickly. I have taken high school, and five college classes, the most recent being conversationa l spanish at NC State. I am learning Spanish because I love it and I want to work with communities in Central and South America. I need help in conversation, especially understanding and comprehension , and also organizing of sentances when I talk. I am hoping to come at least once a week, maybe more through the month of Feb.
