Good day. My name is Kim Bartlett. I am a 34 year-old, third-year law student at OCU in Oklahoma City, OK, USA. I will be traveling to South Africa in January of 2009. My expected graduation date is May, 2009. I hope to make some contacts during my travels in January to secure a position with a human rights law firm in South Africa upon graduation.
I have no formal second language training. I studied Spanish for a short time as a very young child, and took an internet Russian course to complete my language requirements for high school. I have no knowledge of the Afrikaans language, other than realizing it's importance in South Africa.
As a college student, I am not wealthy, but this is quite important to me to learn. I hope to be able to work out a payment schedule that is favorable to both of us.

Hello,
I am searching for a well trained individual whom I will learn a new language. I am open to learning German or French. For the purpose of conversing with people on a regular basis. Whichever accomodates best with my schedule, I want to put as much time and effort as I may to get to a point where I feel confortable when speaking it with others. I have two hours available twice a week.

Voy a estar en Monterrey por tres dias in Febrero/Marzo (Feb. 28, 29, y Mar. 1), y quiero, si possible, aprender/prac ticar espanol. Vivi en Buenos Aires por un ano en 1993, y antes estudio en universidad y colegio. Pero, no hablo espanol mucho, entonces, se fue la langua!
