I am a beginner who has many reasons to learn outside of the fact that it will help with my career advancement. I need advancement in all areas of the language being a beginner. I am from Mumbai, India and have been studying Japanese now for 5 years. I cleared the 2nd level(NIKYUU) of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test in December 2005. I am currently a student of finance in Chicago, USA. I want to learn business Japanese as the job opportunities for Japanese-Engl ish bilinguals in finance are numerous. I plan on taking the JETRO business Japanese exam in June, 2008. I am able read and write Japanese fluently, but I need help with respect to speaking and particularly with hearing. I would prefer a native Japanese teacher who can teach me business level Japanese. I am comfortable with private or group lessons. Any teacher interested, please contact me as soon as possible as I would like to start at the earliest.
