I am the mother of 2 girls ages 9 & 6 Years. We are from Australia but currently living in the United States. We will return to Australia to live in two years and both my daughters will be required to speak French as it is a mandatory elementary school subject there. As their school in San Diego provides no language instruction I feel it is important that they start learning now so they are not too far behind their contemporarie s when we return.
I am interested in getting a tutor for them both together - they are both at the same beginner level, with my eldest having completed only 1 year of instruction in 2004. And it is my preference that they be taught at our home after school or on the weekend.
P lease let me know if you would be interested in teaching my girls and if so, what your availability and terms are.

I'm a beginner who has been trying to learn on her own. I have the Nakama 1 text book and am about half way through, but I need help with conversaition skills, though I don't know how badly because I don't know anyone who speaks Japanese. I'd like to practice at least several hours a week with instruction, and more on my own free time. I'm looking for a private instructor who can easily work around my crazy schedule and is a lot of fun! Also, I have a friend who is also trying to learn and would like instruction as well.

I am a beginner, and I have the Pimsleur C.D.'s,which I know a lot of Romanians don't like. I can say some things, but cant spell that well. I am learning because I know how good it is for the brain!I also have a fear, and love, for the good Count D. I would love to visit Romania,see the castles,and enjoy the history.As a new student, I will need help with all parts of speech, and will study hard! I will study at least an hour a day, and probably much more. I like a teacher who can help someone who wants to learn!

Greetings. My goal is to become more proficient in the German language.
My proficiency level is somewhat between advanced beginner & intermediate. I took German classes throughout middle school & high school but that was over 20 years ago.
I would like to learn better German because this language interests me & it is where my ancestors came from.
I suppose I need improvement in all areas, but being able to speak it well & fluidly is my main goal.
I would like to dedicate an hour every one or two weeks, depending on the costs involved.
