I currently have no French langauge skills and would like to learn the language to communicate on a social level with my boyfriend and his family and friends, whose first langauge is French from Quebec. I am willing to dedicate maybe 2 hours split into twice a week/ or possibly more time in the beginning. I am looking for a teacher who is patient and can adjust to my learning style.

I am a complete beginner.I would like to learn the italian because I visited Italy last summer and thought that my spanish would get me by. I plan on returning to Italy in the fall and hope to know and understand the language better. I would also like to say that I am fluent in three languages from a career stand point. I plan on studying italian wine as well.
The conversation area is the most important to me but would also like to read and write.
I would like to dedicate around 4-6 hours a week.
The qualities I hope my teacher would have are excellent organization skills, patience, and very interactive plans for her students (not busy work). I hope that there will be excellent text books and workbooks to go along with the lessons.
