Hello - I believe we have spoken before via email. My name is Tess James and I am interested in possibly beginning classes with you, if you are available to teach. I have lived in Croatia and have taught beginning Croatian myself, and am at an advanced level, but I haven't spoken much of it in the past year and need to relearn what I've forgotten and begin to advance again. I'm just beginning to learn Urdu. I'm interested in learning because it sounds very beautiful and poetic. I also wish to live in Pakistan in the near future. I would like to mainly learn how to speak it, to communicate with people and read. But not as much as conversation. I would like a teacher that cares about teaching and is nice.

At this time I only know one language: English. I am looking to learn both Latin and Greek (ancient as I assume the language(s) have changed alot over time).
My ultimate goal is to study very old texts regarding certain sciences written in both Latin and Greek 'in the way they were meant to be read'. What I am trying to say is I do not simply want to know a few pieces of each language, I hope to learn them as well as I possibly can and I'm sure I will never be completely 'finished'.
I am a complete beginner, although I do know some basic concepts about the structure of Latin (and that makes me very interested). I don't know anything about Greek.
I am not rich so I can't devote most of my time to this as I would like to but I will spend as much of my time as I can (at least a few hours each day).
I'm looking for a teacher that understands what I'm trying to do, and of course, one that I can afford.
