I am a beginner (no previous knowledge) of chinese. I plan on doing business in Beijing for 2008 Olympics. I would like to learn as much as possible in the next 2 years.
In addition, my wife is interested in learning with me. I would like to discuss with someone about training us both near our home in Suwanee GA.
I need to know pricing for both of us. Suggested dilect of chinese. I assume it is Mandarian Chinese, but is there something I am not aware of that I should be considering.
My overall goal is to learn enough to be able to conduct business prior to my arrival in 2 years.

Hello. I am, and have been searching for Cambodian/Khm er language courses for months now. I have not found anything! I really need some help to find a class or instructor because I just had a baby and my husbands family is Cambodian. I cannot understand most everything they say. I understand a word here and there, but I am tired of making him translate for me, and so is he. I want my child to know her family's native language also, and if I don't I'm afraid she won't. I am very serious about this. I would like to use about 4 or 5 hours a week to learn. I don't want to be ripped off though. If the prices are too high, I am not interested. Please contact me. The current level that I am at is beginner. I have learned a few phrases and some basic convertional Albanian. My wife to be is from Kosova and I want to learn the language to better communicate with her family and friends. My ultimate goal is to become fluent in the language. I have no problem with pronunciation however, reading the language seems to be a bit more difficult. I would like to spend 6 hours a week on learning Albanian. My ideal teacher would be more interractive and conduct themself in a proffesional manner. I learn best by doing and less by lecturing.

I have been studing thai on and off for a year. I want to take it to the next level, by myself I feel like I might not be learning it the right way. I would like a live in thai teacher, the other languages I will continue to learn on my own.
