My proficiency level is a begginner, the reason why i want to learn korean is because i want to be in the sm entertainment in korean because i am fond of there culture and music. I want to be able to sing and speak korean. I need to improve on actually everything. Example would grammar, culture, and conversation. The time i want to dedicate to learn korean would be maybe about 3 hours or less depending on the teachers advice on teaching. My qualities in my lesson would be learning everything and understanding about everything in korean culture.

Hello,
My name is Ayanna, and I would like to further my understanding of Japanese. I have taken afew semesters of the language at college, so I know the basics. I would like to attain a level of conversation though, as well as learn more kanji. I have a somewhat difficult time with the normal conversationa l speed of Japanese, more so than actually understanding the words, but I would really like to increase my vocaulary as well.
At present, I try to teach myself and adjust my ear to conversation speed with DVDs and music. I think I require a patient teacher, as I am kind of shy. Once I become comfortable though, I try much harder to communicate.
I have Japanese friends, and when I go to Japan again I do not want to take a long time to respond their questions. These are the goals I hope my teacher and I can accomplish, and I promise I will be the best student I can be.

I am brazilian american with very minimal portuguese background - - little sing songs, food names, culture, those are the things that i am familiar with, I take to learning lanuages quicky. My mother is fluent so i have a good disscusion partner! I am learning because the language is so beautiful and i intend on going to Rio - where my mother is from - quite often in the not so distant future. I was to become fluent with the language. I am looking for a teacher that very patient! I have taken spniah for the past three years and an taking it again this year. I plan on minoring in either spanish or portuguese.
