I am interested in improving my proficiency in Italian. I would classify myself at a level in-between beginner and intermediate, depending upon the content. I am learning Italian because I am fascinated by languages and traveling, and would like to be able to communicate better when visiting Italy. I would like to concentrate mostly on oral and listening skills, and am available to dedicate 2-4 hours per week. I would like an instructor who is a native speaker of Italian.

I am a beginner.
I'm not sure why I want to learn Ukrainian. I lived in the Czech Republic for a year and made quite a few Ukrainian friends there. I'm interested in learning a language that uses a non-Roman alphabet. I am also toying with the idea of going to like in Ukraine.
I need improvement in everything, though grammar is probably weakest. Ukrainian shares some vocab with Czech, so I already know some very basic words.
I'd like an hour or two a week.
My teacher should have experience teaching language, and he or she should have some solid language learning materials.
