- Proficiency: Beginner pretty much. I know the bare anime-basics like honorifics and how to say yes and no.
- I want to learn Japanese to both study abroad, get quality career opportunities and possibly move to Japan at an older age.
- I need improvement in all aspects. I understand how to pronounce letters and pronounce what I read in romanji.
- I have high school. So likely weekends would be best; but I will dedicate to the language sessions.
- As far as lessons, I want to be able to learn the language and also get a taste of possibly hirigana (if that is the most common) character systems and how they associate with the language.

- I am an absolute beginner in Vietnamese.
- I am looking to learn Vietnamese for a better understanding of California and eastern cultures, to improve communication between myself and others, and to (hopefully) pave a path to a future career.
- I need improvement in all areas of the language such as; grammar, conversation, pronunciation , and writing.
- I am willing to spend any amount of time necessary to grasp the language.
- All I need in the lessons is the language to be taught to me, however the instructor sees fit, I'm very good in absorbing information regarding languages. I would appreciate a patient and kind teacher I am not afraid to ask help from.
