Sir,
I am a junior in college working on an undergraduate English degree and I have decided to minor in Latin. I would like to test out of Latin 101/102 and jump right into Latin 201 which starts this Fall (August 21st). I have the 6th edition of Wheeelock's Latin and am trying to get through the entire book this summer, I am a beginner. I would like to have a tutor to connect with maybe once or twice a week to assist me with the learning of the language. I am very determined and a quick learner, with a 3.75 GPA at present. The only language study I have had previous to this is two years of Spanish in high school and Spanish 101 in college. If you think that it is possible for me to learn this material by August then please let's get started!

I'm a senior graduating from high school this summer.
I really would love to learn Japanese and become a translator of the language. I think Japanese is such a beautiful language, and I have always wanted to learn it. I am also very interested in the culture of Japan as well, and enjoy learning new things.
