I am interested in learning Mandarin via once a week private lessons. Main interest is for business, since the company I work for is increasing its presence and business in China. I went to China first time in September 2005.
My native language is Brasilian Portuguese, I live in the USA for 6 years and also speak French and (used to) speak German. I speak Spanish and understand Italian, even though I never had formal instruction on those languages.

I knew Farsi as a young child. When I began elementary school I slowly lost the language.
I want to learn Farsi to learn who I am and where I came from. I would also like to communicate with my family; they want that as much as I do.
I would like to start as a beginner. I need improvement in every area.
I would like to dedicate all the time in the world but money will dictate that answer.

I am on beginner level. I want to learn this language for mission work in Brazil. I will need all areas of the language. I can go to class if close several times a week if needed but I have several hour at home in the evening to be able to work on my skills.
