I work for a large construction company and handle most of the supervision on the jobs. Our company employs alot of hispanic workers. I really need an aggressive approach to learning spanish. I want to be proficient in spanish by the end of the year. I know that the grammactical side of learning a new language is important, but my main focus is on learning to communicate proficiently with the hispanic workers as fast as possible.
