I need to become fluent in Spanish because most all of my employees and 1/2 of my customers are native Spanish speakers.
I'm probably just above the beginner level.
I need improvement in grammar and conversation.
I'm looking for small group immersion classes in cities like Manizales, Armenia, or Pereira, Colombia (mainly because of the weather, I cannot bear heat and humidity).

I'm interested in learning Hindi to advance my professional and personal development. I took about two years of beginner lessons beginning in 2010, learning the basics of Devanagari script and Hindi vocabulary. So I have some basic comprehension , but am not proficient enough to have a conversation or even really put a proper sentence together. I'd like an hour of lessons each week to help me build a reasonable level of verbal and written proficiency over a year or two.

I want to learn Hindi because I plan on one day visiting India and would like to know at least the basics. I am a beginner and I know very little about the language. I would like to take lessons once or twice a week, for however long it will take me to hold a conversation with a native speaker. I'm looking for a teacher who will be patient with me since I am a complete novice. I am also a college student (I'm approaching my senior year) so studying will not be a problem for me.
