My proficiency level was formerly Nikken 2, but I have become rusty over the past few years. I lived in Osaka from 1991-1995, and have an opportunity to enter Japanese business again in the insurance field.
As this new job will take me to the West Coast, I need to get my fluency up to a higher level, including reading and speaking skills.

I have some experience with Arabic vocabulary and spelling but no experience with grammar or conversation.
I am learning this because languages have always interested me. I can speak and understand Spanish, Japanese, English. I also have experience with German and Portugese. Arabic is a new language that I am interested in. However, Arabic is also something that would be vital in my career, and so I plan on studying it more zealously than some of the other languages I have dabbled in.
I would be willing to spend 4 or more hours a day studying, but I have an irregular working schedule, and I would have to find a teacher with some flexibility.
In my teacher, I am looking for someone patient and who genuinely enjoys teaching. As for lessons, I simply want to pierce the veil that keeps me from understanding this new language.

I am at the beginner's level of learning Albanian. I am interested in learning this language because my fiancee is from Albania and we plan to spend a long periods of time over there.
