I am a beginning student in French who would like to live and work abroad. Having French as a second language would increase my job opportunities in Europe. the most difficult aspect of French is speaking/conv ersation and the hardest is pronounciatio n. I would like to dedicate 5-10 hours per week, mostly on weekends and evenings, but I need some flexibility due to the other demands on my time. I would like a teacher who includes current cultural and political insight, who encourages me to stay committed to the work, and has some fun in the process.

I would like to brush up on my Spanish, concentrating on conversation, in order to better communicate at work. I took four years of spanish in high school and 2 years in college. I would consider myself to be an advanced beginner at this time. It has been over 15 years since I have studied Spanish. I work in the trucking industry and we have hispanic drivers. Communication with them is difficult at times.
There are two other people in the office that would benefit from a course as well, neither has taken spanish. At this, we think it would be quicker for me to catch up, but are open to rather or not it would be more beneficial for us to take the course at one time.
Our schedules are open with Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays being the worst days to schedule anything. I am looking for a teacher to give private lessons to one to three people.
