I am looking for a teacher of Icelandic in the chicago area. I have been studying on my own for approximately a year now and would like to further my skills. I am a beginner but would make every effort to become fluent. I'm having difficulty in grammer. I can devote as much time as needed as I have a deep repect an love for the language. The ideal teacher would have the ability to help me build a solid foundation in grammer and enjoy teaching as much as I enjoy learning. I am a beginning student with no prior knowledge of Japanese. I would like to be a part of the video game industry, and as this is based in Japan, I feel it would be important to learn the language. Not to mention, I love Japan and Japanese culture! As far as improvement goes, I have no knowledge, so anything would be an improvement! I could dedicate up to 3 days a week to lessons, but if these lessons met during the week, I could only attend after 6:00 pm. I would prefer a native Japanese speaker, but anyone that has lived in Japan recently would work. I would like to learn conversationa l Japanese, not the stiff, formal stuff they'd teach in a book or at a school.

Hello,
I am 18 years old and I am looking for a qualified French teacher. I have never studied French, but I have studied Spanish for about four years. I am very interested in learning many languages but French is the next one I was most curious about. I start community college in August so I would like to begin lessons this month (July) while I still have summer vacation. I can dedicate myself to learning, but the tuition fee can not be too much.
