I am interested in learning the Japanese language.I am interested in learning this language due to my recent move to Okinawa. My Fiance is in the Military and I moved here to be with him. I have taken a basic Japanese conversation course, but found it didn't get me very far. I am at the begining level! I am willing to dedicate much time to learning the language. Hello, my name is Ian Michie and I am currently studying Japanese in Japan while working.
I'm going to Thailand for around 2 months and I would like to take some Japanese lessons while I'm there.
My conversation level is intermediate and my reading is beginner.

I am a master first degree student at Osaka University. I have a six months research student background before master at same department. At the same time I attended intensive Japanese course for two months. During my master education all my lessons were in Japanese even I did not understand all. In the following term my classes will lessen. In amount of this, I want to improve my speaking and writing skills via free conversations and also following a textbook.
