I am desperately seeking a serious, and talented teacher/tutor in Tagalog. You must devote MWF for two hours. I don't want nor appreciate any quick lessons, but a beginning from grade 1-12. I am a beginner student wishing to learn to speak/write in Tagalog. I am frequently around people who speak the language, and would like to understand them, rather than ask them to translate for me. It is a beautiful sounding language. I am willing to dedicate time and effort to improve as much as possible. I know several words and phrases, but otherwise would be starting from the beginning.

The language that I am wanting to learn is Tagalog, because I will be working here in Manila for the next 5 months. I believe that knowing the language will get me around places easier and also communicate better with co-workers. I do not know any Tagalog, however I do know Spanish and have been told that there are some similarities. I would like to have about 2 to 3 lessons a week and start with the basics of the language. The lessons can be in a formal or casual setting, my main goal is to learn the language I can adapt to the settings.
