Hello-
My name is Dave. I am from the United States, specifically California, where I am a student at the University of California in San Diego. However, this summer I am working as an engineering intern in Valencia, Spain. In early September I am traveling to Bulgaria with my girlfriend to meet her family. While my girlfriend lives in the USA, she was born in Bulgaria and her whole family is very Bulgarian. She is the love of my life, and for this reason I would like to learn her native language. I really want to be able to say hello and speak a basic amount of Bulgarian to her family members. I realize that the time frame is short, but I would want to continue learning more after our trip to Bulgaria is over and I return to the States.
I hope there is a teacher nearby who might be able to help me!

I am a suicidemissio n of having to learn to speak catalan in a level sufficient to pass exams in academic level. I have tried to study a bit of catalan with thehelpof teach-yoursel f-books but the results aren`t remarkable. I need to find a teacher whois willing to progress fast and perhaps can take advantage of the French skills I already have. Hi,
I am writing on behalf of my friend as her English level is quite basic, and I would like to explain exactly what she wants to do, why, and for how long.
Cris tina will be travelling to Halifax, Canada from the beginning of august 2006 for roughly 4 weeks. Her travels are solely based on holiday purposes, however she would like to learn more English just as a hobby, and also for potential work purposes.
She is a beginner, and can hold basic conversations .
She would like to do an intensive English course for 4 weeks, prefably learning everyday.
Private lessons would be ideal, however depending on the costs, she won´t mind lessons with other students on her level.
I would be grateful if you could reply back and let me know.
