Proceso de selección:
L a primera etapa selectiva es una entrevista en grupo durante la cual el candidato tendrá que contestar a las preguntas de un cuestionario, adjuntando su CV con foto y una fotocopia de los títulos académicos.
Si su dossier está seleccionado, será convocado por teléfono para una segunda entrevista individual. Antes de esta entrevista, recibirá por e-mail la guía práctica del profesor para que pueda saber cómo trabajamos y lo que se espera de él.
Al inicio de la segunda entrevista, procederemos a un pequeño cuestionario oral para verificar la correcta comprensión de la guía práctica del profesor.
De spués de esta entrevista, se informará al profesor de si ha sido seleccionado o no.
Las condiciones de trabajo:
Con trato mercantil cuando se trata de pocas horas (remuneración : 16 euros brutos por hora) o contrato laboral para un peso horario importante (13 euros brutos por hora con seguridad social)

I am a beginner and want to learn Spanish so I can live and work in Mallorca.
Learning conversation would be important and I would be happy to learn the Mallorcan version of Catalan rather than pure Spanish
My plan is to live in Palma for period January to March but would continue longer if required. 20 hours per week would seem to be normal but I would take advice on how best to do this with the tutor.
The teacher needs to be able to take a willing mature student and discover the best method for teaching her how to communicate with the Islands people.
