I'm interested in the Polish language as its the only language used in Gdansk and I speak English. I'm married to a Polish man and we just moved to Gdansk.
I am a beginner don't know Polish. I need a full on tutoring in all angles of the language.

I am a 58 year old ex-primary school teacher from UK, with litttle Polish language. I want to live in and explore Poland and so want to use mostly conversation. I am trying to work most days on improving my skills and would like support 1/2 times a week. I would like a tutor to work with me individually but preferably in a small group to develop conversationa l skills. I have been working on my Polish for 9 months and will have a rest over the summer and would want to restart in September 2006.

I would like to start learning Japanese properly - up until now I have tried to learn by myself but I need a more serious approach, therefore I'm looking for a Japanese teacher. I'm at beginner's level and ready to dedicate as much time as possible (after work). The reason I want to learn Japanese is a bit hard to define - I'm fascinated with the country, with Japanese culture, literature and history and learning the language is a kind of a natural result of this fascination.
