I studied in an intensive Italian course while in college, about 12 years ago, and have taken one or two refresher courses since. Now I would like to obtain fluency in preparation for spending time there. I'm sure my vocabulary could use the most help at this point, and because I work full-time require a flexible teacher who enjoys working at a fast pace.

54 yr old married man- Living 30 miles east of Atlanta. Both parents Italian but did not teach us the language.
3 yrs ago I started learning by taking a college class on Italian 101 and 102. I took an on line course 2 yrs ago.
I go to Italy every year to visit relatives. I can speak some with fair grammar in the present tense and some past tense. I have difficulty understanding them unless they talk very, very slowly.
I need to get more practice in conversation and grammar.
I do not need to learn more about the cities, history or the culture -- I already love Italy and the people.
I do listen to tapes and occasional watch Italian movies but I need practice talking and someone who can correct my mistakes so I can learn.

Hello my name is Cassandra and I want to begin learning spanish and italian during my summer break. The reason why I want to learn these languages is beacuse they seem fun and it's better than being locked up in the house. My level of profiency in both languages is beginner. I am dedicated to learning both of these languages to the best of my ability, so time is no objetct. I want to do live lessons and in a teacher I am looking for someone who is fun and someone who intereacts with their students.
