I'm looking for a native Albanian speaker -preferably one from Albania - who can get my very minimal, broken Albanian to a level of proficiency that my Albanian family can be proud of, which basically just means fluent. I'm a down-to-earth , yet shy individual, so if you're a down-to-earth and a decent human being, sign right up.
As for my demands. I would rather be taught in person because it makes me feel more accountable; otherwise, I would probably slack off. My last request is that you attempt to speak to me in Albanian as often as possible, as I think immersive learning is my best bet; although, I'm open to any teaching style you deem best. I'm a student who is in between semesters, so I have plenty of time to devote to learning, and my hours are very flexible, at the moment.

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me learn tagalog. I will be visiting the Philippines in October and I would like to be able to understand and speak some conversationa l tagalog.
I believe that my main area of need would be understanding the grammar. Having only studied French as a foreign language before.
I would be very open to any ideas about how much time to dedicate to my studies. Whether they be with a teacher or following recommended studies myself. I am in a position to spend up to two hours a day in this pursuit.
I would hope that the teacher would be up to date on the current phrases that are used. And that the teacher would have a genial personality.

We are interested in private lessons for our 9 year old son. It is our desire for him to speak several languages and he has asked to study Chinese first. He is a bright child and eager to learn. We prefer lessons during the week but willing to be flexible. We have one famiky member who speaks fluent Mandarin and many family members who have visited China in the past. I have known Serbo-Croatia n my whole life. Although I do not feel 100% comfortable speaking it, since I feel my grammar is very bad. I do not know any grammar rules or sentence structure.
