Teaching approach: |
In my teaching I use the "communicativ e approach" I like to stimulate my students to talk, talk and talk! It does not matter if you make mistakes because it only from the that you will learn the right way of say whatever you want. I give also importance to writing, reading and of course the grammar which is the foundation of the language. Once you have understood how those rules work, the language is yours!! A good mixture of communicative and traditional teaching along with commitment and desire to learn is the key of success! |

Teaching approach: |
My classes are planned for individual needs. Depending on the level or aims of the students I follow a chosen text or we may simply agree on a topic to discuss on the day, with grammar revision for points which are still unclear. Use of print material, film, radio programs is possible for advanced students. Simulation of business-like situations is possible for interested customers. Training for specific needs in language is available.
Online lessons will be mainly conversation- based, with follow-up feedback from me via email. |

Teaching approach: |
For students with intermediate or upper intermediate level I usually follow Italian literature (contemporary literature) and I like discussing in Italian touching some important issues of my country....be cause I think that learning a language is impossible without knowing culture and routine. For beginners I prefer focusing on grammar: I know it could be boring, but it's completely impossible learning Italian without a good grammar. This is a general line of working, but every approach depends on every student. I think a good teacher has to consider the abilities and the characteristi cs of every student to teach as better as they can. |

Teaching approach: |
I am positive and encouraging, i value all attempts made by students. I help students gain a understanding about language acquisition and allow them to engage at different levels. I am able to cater for different levels in the same group and also value peer tutoring, where students are encouraged to work in groups and learn from each other. I also provide inquiry based activities so that students are given opportunities to investigate and discover their own ideas. |

Teaching approach: |
I have lived in Italy as an adult for 30 years. I have "real" experience of the Italian language as it is spoken and used at all levels of society and in business. I strongly believe that learning about the "cultural" aspects of the language/peop le is fundamental to better understanding and successfully using the language. I have taught children from the age of 3 years old, through young people, up to highly motivated very much older learners. Ea ch lesson is based on student/s needs, using materials (books, audio, visual prompts) gathered over many year's experience. In small-group lessons, each participant is expected to produce real language (based on ability level) in interacting with other participants. An agreement about "homework" is reached with each individual or group. |
