Instead of "c'entro", in Italian we say "non c'entro niente"

Instead of "c'entro", in French we say "je n'ai rien à voir"

It is similar to the english equivalent "I have nothing to do with it."
Instead of "c'entro", in Spanish we say "no tengo nada que ver con eso...."
