You can say (Kayfa haluka? for male and Kayfa haluki for female) this is Classical Arabic, so if you want it in a certin accent please tell me which accent you want?

Hi Salik! The MSA (Modern Standard Arabic) for "How are you?" is "Kayfa Haalak?" addressing a male or "Kayfa Haalik?" addressing a female. Dialects differ for such greetings: Kifak? (Lebanon), Ezzayak? (Egypt), Ki dayr? (Moroccan), Ki rak? (Algerian), Shlonek?/Shu Hwalek? etc elsewhere.
