Re:My Study Abroad Experience
Hello! Do you know any Spanish yet? And are you going to Granada for a long time to learn the language or just as a short vacation?
I'm asking because in Andalucía (where Granada is) the Spanish accent is a bit tricky: they don't say most "s" in words -among other things- and for a person who is just starting with the language it may be overwhelming (as it's difficult to understand it).
Granada is VERY beutiful, but if you are mostly concerned with the language and you don't have a firm grasp of it, I would consider going to another place. =)
All in all, people there is very nice, so they'll try to be helpful.
Another reccommendation: don't go there in summer!

Hola BBB‚±‚ñ‚É‚¿‚Í
Hi All :) I seriously don't understand how anyone can go about learning 4 or more languages! A couple of years ago, I went to Japan on an exchange program and after 10 months, I came back to Aus. with perfect Japanese...It was great! But then I didnt speak it for a while, and I started learning Spanish (Which is absolutley fantastic by the way!!) So now my Japanese is atrocious which is sad, and Im planning to go on an exchange next year to Barcelona - except Im going to have to learn Catalan as well!! Does anyone have any advice? Cause im going to need ALOT of it!! Wish me luck
