Canadian Professor new in Zhengzhou wanting to learn Chinese

though i really don't know how a non-gold member can get others' contact info, I'm very glad if we can have language exchange :)
i've learned English for like 8 to 10 years, but i seldom practice with others :L
anyway, i'd like to know for how long have you learned Chinese, so i can give you some useful learning info ^^
btw you can always use the following sentences in Chinese to express you're happy meeting new friends: 非常高興認識你。很開心能認識你這個朋友。

Language, Lyrics, Poetry, Spanish Music,Latin Rock Pop, and Bass Guitar and a Wife!
Hi I am a mature world travelled man who has a life filled with music and Spanish sunshine. I would love to hear from 'anyone' who is interested in the above. I would like to see if I can fuse Chinese language and my modern music. I am a qualified and experienced lecturer/Teacher in Vocational Studies. You do not have to be experienced in these subjects but it would help :-)
I live in Andalucia Southern Spain and can offer free accommodation to anyone that is able to establish a succesful working friendship with me!
I would love to meet someone who wished to share their language and music with me. I have a high "2" percentile practical inteligence although as I get older I think I get dumber!

I am a native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker. I also speak English since I lived in the Netherlands for almost 5 years and English was my daily language there. Right now I am in Montpellier, with only one purpose--learn French! I love French language!
