Re:How to say some random japanese phrase or words?
Hi, Jaymar!

I think "fresh" in Japanese is さわやかな sawayaka na.
This is an adjective.
And "vibes" is きもち kimochi or かんじ kanji.
It means feelings or atmosphere.

Both of "fresh" and "vibes" are often used in katakana words
like "furesshu-na" フレッシュな and "baibusu" バイブス in current Japan.

Re:Can someone please help me translate this into English?

It means like I love my baby girl much more than you know(you expect).

I guess "ashiteimasu" is wrong.
Right word is "aishiteimasu".

Watashi wa = I
anata ga = you
shitte iru = know
ijo ni = more than
watashi no = my
akanbo no = of baby
onnanoko = girl
aishiteimasu = love
