Look for Lao native speaker for conversation practice, Bolikhamxai, Lao PDR.
Hello everyone, I'm Bob, originally from the UK.
I am a retired engineer, who has lived in Lao PDR for 13 years already. I am looking to extend my very elementary Lao capability, to be able to chat about diverse topics with my Lao neighbors.
I would also like to at least be able to read shop, shop and hotel names, and road signs.
I look forwards to perhaps being able to chat with a Lao native speaker who might like to extend their English capabilities.

I just found this website....very exciting.
Im from the UK, and im very much wanting to learn Lao.
If you are from thailand, or are very fluent in this language I would very much appreciate some help!
I know the basics, however i cant hold a conversation!
