Re:objective: to show the world
If you can stay with a family (home stay) it will be better-especially if there's a teenager who can teach you new slang phrases.

Coming to St Peterburg in need of guide
In early March I will travel to St Peterburg and want to connect with someone that can provide language practice and do a bit of guide duty. Compensation for service available. I have planned and saved for this trip for a llong time as well as trying to learn Russian language. It will make my time there much more beneficial to have this assistance.

objective: to show the world
I'm going to visit Paris, London, Washington, Milan, Los Angeles, Rome, Beijing and Sydney. I don't know where to choose excursion tours in the first place? What a places I should to visit there? How better to go to improve your English language in London, Sydney and the USA: with accommodation in hotel or "in a family"?

Hitch-hiking around the black sea
Hi all,
My brother and I are going to hitch-hike around the black sea.
Our route will look like this: Romania -> Ukraine -> boat to Georgia (because of troubles with getting a visa for Russia) -> Armenia -> back to Georgia (border to Turkey is closed..) -> Turkey -> Bulgaria -> Macedonia -> Albania -> Greece
That means that we well go through a LOT of countries and since we got only 40 days to see things in these countries (minus at least 1 week for the Kaukasus of course ;p), I was wondering what you guys recommend to see in some of these countries. What is really worth the trouble and we prefer not too touristic places, but the 'hidden treasures' in these countries.
The countries we got time for to really see things (Romania and Bulgaria is too short to make trips unfortunately because of the booked boat): - Georgia - Armenia - Turkey (- Bulgaria) (- Macedonia) (- Albania) (- Greece)
Thanks in advance! I'm curious what you guys know.
Greetings, Paul

Trip to Thailand for 2 month and more! Have you tried?
Hi! Have you ever been in Thailand? If you are reading this post, likely you've been. Thailand is the most awesome place I've ever visited! I spent there only 10 days, but I fell in love with this country. So, I have a crazy idea to go to Thailand for 2 month next winter. If you have this experience, please share! What difficulties did you have? Where were you staying? How fast did you find accomodation? How many money did you spend? What was interesting to visit? What did you like best? Tell me all! Great thanks! :)
