Re:Re:I need help in English, pleeeeeaaaaaaaase!
So, there's the last question:
How do you and your family spend your time? Briefly describe each member of your family and tell how you spend your time together, both weekdays and weekends. My sister Silvia is 17, she goes to school and loves cooking. Silvia and I are understanding together very well. My brother: his name is Fanz, everyone calls him Franzi. When he’s at home, he’s most of the time with my dad because he wants to be a farmer as well when he’s grown up. My mum learned dressmaker actually, but after she has married my dad. she’s farmer. She likes it a lot. She loves nature, she wants to go out walking all the time. My dad also loves his job. He likes to stand at home his meaning is: At home it’s the most beautiful. My grandmother also lives with us. She’s nearly 80 and she has done so much she can be proud of: She’s the mother of 8 kids, that are all successful and nice grown ups now, she has built up the farm where I’m living now together with my grandpa,...these are only some things of what she has done in her life. She’s great! On weekdays we all eat together in the evening and sometimes playing games or watching TV. On weekends we sometimes go skiinig together in the winter and in the Summer we drive to lakes swimming or we go hiking. But these are only one-day-trips, because of the farm, the animals.

I can't say how thankful I am for your help!!!!

Hallo Krxious Magik,

it would be so great if you helped me!

are you goldmember? I'm not, so I'll write the questions from the exchange-agency and my answers down here.

Why do you want to spend a year abroad? I’d like to learn about other cultures, to improve English, to make new experiences, to get to know people from other countries, and to see another part of the world.
Why do you think you will be a successful exchange student? What can you tell us about yourself, your personality or your habits that will help us match you with a host family? I think I’m a successful exchange student because I’m really willing to learn something in this half year. I’m very open-minded, interested in much things and I’m well understanding with most people.
What are your favourite activities and why? My absolute favourite activity is Music: singing, playing the flute, guitar, listening to music,... Music is the most beautiful thing on earth.
Describe something you have done that you are proud of or something special about yourself. I’m proud of never giving up. When I’m really, really willing to do or get something, then I’m trying it until I have what I wanted.
What do you want to do after you finish your education? How do you think your exchange experience help you in the future? Nowadays I don’t know what to do after finisching my education. Probably something with people, but what this will be...I don’t know, but maybe after my year abroad.
What are your family responsibilities and rules? What chores do you do to help your parents at home? Honesty is very important for my family. As long as everyone is honest to each other, everything os OK. I’m helping my parents with housework like washing the dishes, ironing, cleaning my room and helping with the house-cleaning. Sometimes in the holidays I even go into the stable and help my parents there.
What do you think you will miss most during your exchange year? How do you react if you get homesick? If I really have the time to miss somebody or something during my exchange year, then is this my family and friends. If I get homesick, I’ll probably phone my parents or my best friend, or I’ll try to divert myself. But actually I don’t know what I vreally would do, because I never was in such a situation till now.
How will your parents react to your spending a year abroad? Do they support your decision? First they didn’t really support my decisionb but after talking to some of my teachers and other exchange students they were more and more for doing an exchange year.

There's one question with my answer left because here are only allowed 3000 characters, I'll send the last answer in an other entry.

I can't say how thankful I am! If I can do anything for you, teaching you German, only tell me!

Liebe Grüße,
Christine
