Help me!!!

'asalmualaikum' is an arabic word which means (Peace be upon you). It is used as a common greetings among Muslims. When Muslims meet each other then they say 'asalmualaikum'. So it's half answer to your question as I'm not arabic but being a Muslim i know the meaning of 'asalmualaikum'.
