I'd like to take you up on that offer, I am extremely fluent in English. I live in Central New York(about 4 hours from NYC).
I am Italian, but was born in the United States. My Great Grandfather was born and raised in Naples. Our last name was Delnegro, but we dropped the "g" for fear of racial misunderstanding.
